International Partner Days

Let us host you and live the Tec de Monterrey experience!

We are honored to invite you to our International Partner Days at Tec de Monterrey. Join us for an opportunity to live the Tec experience in two of our international campuses. You will be able to participate in workshops and networking sessions with colleagues from all over the world. You might also get the chance to present your home institution or university to our students.

4 Days - Tuesday, MAY 19th to Friday, MAY 22nd, 2026 (right before NAFSA)

This is an in-person event that will take place in two of our Tec de Monterrey International Campuses.

Transportation between the two campuses in each route is fully covered by Tec de Monterrey.

2026 Routes

Discover Tec de Monterrey's International Campuses

This edition offers two routes, each designed to give a unique perspective of our university and regions:

Route 1

Begin your journey in Campus Querétaro, located in a historic yet fast-growing city known for its safe, welcoming atmosphere and vibrant cultural life. Then continue to Campus Ciudad de México, located in one of the world’s most dynamic capitals, rich in museums, culinary experiences, and urban energy.

Route 2

Start in Campus Guadalajara, located in the city known as the cultural heart of western Mexico, celebrated for its artistic heritage, creative industries, and lively traditions. Then head to Campus Monterrey, located in a modern hub of entrepreneurship and industry surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes and a strong spirit of innovation.

Accommodation is not included.

What to expect from the International Partner Days

Get to know more about our Institution and academic model through the experience of our academic staff.
Attend workshops and seminars on topics such as international partnerships and collaborations, intercultural communication, and the role of international offices.
Networking events and cultural activities will provide opportunities for staff from different universities and countries to connect and build relationships.
Represent your university to our students in both campuses.

Accommodation

Participants must make arrangements for their accommodation reservations and payment.

Once you receive the confirmation email with your assigned route, you will be provided with some accommodation options close to campus.

How to arrive to Tec de Monterrey

Participants are requested make their own travel arrangements. Please wait to be assigned to a specific campus before making any payments.

We advise you to check flight connections between your departure airport and the city where you will be participating. These are the main airports for every city:

Route 1:

Arrival: Querétaro (QRO) - Querétaro Intercontinental Airport
Departure: Mexico City (MEX) - Benito Juárez International Airport

Route 2:

Arrival: Guadalajara (GDL) - Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla Guadalajara International Airport
Departure: Monterrey (MTY) - General Mariano Escobedo International Airport
